Purchase Terms

The owner of the online store WWW.KAWIARE.EE (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Kaaviar OÜ (reg. no. 14143329, VAT EE101921774), legal address: Ädala 17/1, Tallinn 10614, Estonia.

Validity of the sales contract, products, and prices

The sales terms apply when purchasing products in the online store. Product prices are listed next to the items. Delivery charges depend on the buyer’s location and delivery method. The delivery cost is shown at checkout. Product information is provided next to each product.

Payment methods and currency

The sales currency is Euro. Payment methods include bank links and bank cards.

Kaaviar OÜ is responsible for personal data processing. Payment data is transmitted to the payment processor Montonio.

Placing an order

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in the required fields and select the delivery method. The total amount will be displayed, payable by bank link or other available payment methods.

The contract becomes effective upon receipt of payment. If an ordered product cannot be delivered (due to stock expiration or other reasons), the customer will be informed, and the paid amount (including delivery fees) will be refunded within 14 days.

Delivery

Delivery is available in Tallinn and nearby areas. Door-to-door delivery is provided by Kaaviar OÜ or a partner courier.

• Orders over €49 (including 24% VAT) are delivered free of charge.
• Orders under €49 are subject to a delivery charge of €4.50 (including 24% VAT).

Delivery within Tallinn usually takes up to 3 working days. In other cases, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Right to make a claim

The online store is responsible for any non-conformities or defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery. Non-conformities must be reported within 24 hours by email to info@kawiare.ee or by phone at +372 55542858.

The store is not responsible for defects occurring after delivery. The buyer must follow proper storage conditions. If the defect is the merchant’s responsibility, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Complaints are answered within 15 days.
