Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours after delivery due to the perishable nature of our products. If more than 24 hours have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, please check the order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues with the product (wrong item, damage, or quality issues), contact us within 24 hours by email at info@kawiare.ee or by phone at +372 55542858. We will not be able to assist if contacted later than this timeframe.
Important notes
- Returned items must remain unopened and in their original packaging.
- Perishable goods like caviar, seafood, and fresh products cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of damage or product defects.
- We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- To complete a refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be considered if:
- The product is defective but partially usable.
- The product packaging is damaged, but the contents remain safe.
- The issue was reported later than 24 hours but within a reasonable timeframe and with valid reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your complaint or the returned product, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
- Contact your bank — sometimes processing takes extra time.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@kawiare.ee and send your product to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was given to you by someone who received it first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
